Salmon Teriyaki Noodles Recipe
Salmon
Teriyaki Noodles – moist and juicy salmon and rice noodles made with San-J
Tamari. Gluten-free, healthy family weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:

12 oz salmon cut
into two pieces
·
Salt
·
Ground
black pepper
·
6 oz dry
rice noodles
·
Black
and white sesame seeds
·
1 tablespoon chopped
scallion
·
Teriyaki
Sauce:
·
3 tablespoons San-J
Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce or San-J Teriyaki Sauce
·
1/2 cup mirin
·
2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
1.
Preheat
oven to 400F.
2.
Add
all the ingredients for Teriyaki Sauce in a small sauce pan, simmer on low heat
until the sauce slightly thickens. Set aside.
3.
Heat
up a pot of water and bring to boil, cook the rice noodles according to the
package instructions. Drained and transfer to two serving bowls.
