Crock Pot Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Crock Pot Hot Fudge Sundae Cake is a homemade chocolate cake that is made with ingredients already in your pantry! And the bonus? It makes it's own hot fudge sauce as it bakes!

Ingredients

· 2 cups all-purpose flour

· 1 cup sugar

· 3/4 cup baking cocoa powder divided use

· 4 tsp baking powder

· 1 tsp salt

· 1 cup milk

· 1/4 cup oil

· 1 tsp vanilla extract

· 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional

· 1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed

· 3 cups hot water

Instructions

1. Spray a 3 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

2. In a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

3. Then stir in milk, oil and vanilla extract.

4. Give it all a good stir until combined, then fold in nuts (if using).
