Ingredients
· 1/2 Cup butter
· 1 Cup sugar
· 1 Egg
· 2 Egg yolks
· 1/8 Cup lemon juice
· 1 Tsp lemon zest
· 2 Tsps baking powder
· 1 1/4 Cups flour
· 1/2 Cup milk
Instructions
· Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a cake pan.
· In a bowl mix the sugar and the
butter until fluffy.
· Add the egg and mix for 30 seconds.
Add the yolks and continue whipping it up.
· Add the lemon juice and lemon zest
and mix for 30 seconds more.
