Ingredients

1 lb. Brussel Sprouts
·
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
·
2 Tbsp. Butter
·
½ tsp. Garlic Salt
·
½ tsp. Salt
·
1 tsp. Pepper
Instructions
1.
Trim the end off each Brussels Sprout.
2.
Remove outer 2 layers of each sprout and discard.
3.
Quarter each sprout.
4.
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat combine; Butter,
Brussels Sprouts, Garlic Salt, and Pepper.
